Printing Images

For the best printing results you should print the 1280 DPI images. Printing the images from a graphics program will give you the best printing results as well. Another advantage to printing from a graphics program is you are able to make changes to the picture before printing to give it your personal touch. If you do not currently have a graphics program, there is a shareware version of Paint Shop Pro 5 included on this CD. You can install Paint Shop Pro 5 thru the start up menu.

Trouble Shooting

Problem: Pictures look spotty and do not have much color.

Answer: Check to make sure you have at least 16 Bit (65,000 Color) color depth. Pictures will only appear correctly at 16 Bit or higher color depth.

Problem: When I click on the menu to run the program I get an error message or the computer asks me what program do I want to view this type file.

Answer: You do not have a web browser installed. install one of the included web browsers then after restarting the computer you will be able to run the program correctly.

Problem: The text on a lot of the pages are not aligned correctly.

Answer: Check to see if you are running at the minimum resolution of 800 x 800. If you are running at 640 x 480 then you will encounter these types of problems. You also will not see the images looking very good at this low resolution as well.
